We never send keys via email under any circumstances.
8.2. Delivery is considered complete when the key/code is made available in the User's account order panel.
8.3. After the service is made available, the User is responsible for:
Store the code securely;
Don't share it;
Use it on the correct platform (Steam, Xbox, PSN, etc.).
8.4. 2Game Brasil is not responsible for:
Loss, disclosure, or misuse of the code after delivery;
Withdrawal to an incompatible account or region;
Bans or restrictions applied by Third-Party Platforms;
Changes made unilaterally by publishers.
8.5. Recommended anti-fraud warning:
2Game Brasil NEVER sends keys via email. If you receive an email containing a "key," ignore it—it's a scam.
All keys can only be accessed through your account.
9.1. Delivery to the address indicated at checkout.
9.2. Timelines are estimates and may vary.
9.3. The risk is transferred to the User after the registered delivery.

Digital products are non-refundable after the key has been viewed;
